Palatine's Jolee Waddington won the state all-around title Friday, while Prairie Ridge co-op, led by Nora Terhaar, leads the team standings heading into Saturday's final round. Downers Grove co-op is in third.

Maeve Savage was a sophomore starter two years ago on Hinsdale South's team that was fourth in Class 3A, the best team in school history. The Hornets took a step back last year, but on Friday Savage had 19 points and 15 rebounds to lead them past Lemont 34-29 to a regional title.
