Downers Grove North, Benet, Wheaton Warrenville South, Riverside-Brookfield, Lyons and Nazareth softball all won regional games, as did Lyons, Downers Grove North, Wheaton Warrenville South and Wheaton North softball.

St. Francis girls track and field won a sectional title, Max Judge had a three-run single in a five-run fifth as Hinsdale Central took the rubber game of a key three-game West Suburban Silver series with Lyons and Glenbard South baseball rallied to walk off Glenbard West.

Hinsdale Central edged Downers Grove North to win the West Suburban Silver boys track and field championship, Lyons baseball was a walk-off winner over Hinsdale Central, York baseball was a walk-off winner over Glenbard West, and Downers Grove South baseball won in extra innings.
