The Kendall County Health Department started the survey in mid-July. Department officials are hoping to get as many people as possible to answer the survey in order to get a good, diverse mix of people.

A Joliet man was sentenced to 35 years in prison after being charged with first-degree murder following a 2020 drive-by shooting in Boulder Hill that left two people dead.

The Kendall County Coroner’s Office has released the names of the couple who died by an apparent homicide shooting followed by a suicide this morning in Joliet, according to a preliminary investigation by police.
