Crystal Lake Central 2, Belvidere North 0: At Crystal Lake, Mykaela Wallen posted a double-double with 10 kills and 12 digs as the top-seeded Tigers defeated the Blue Thunder 25-15, 25-22 in a Class 3A Crystal Lake Central Regional semifinal.

Izzy Lampier and Becca Kuehn combined for 19 assists for Central (27-8).

Crystal Lake South 2, Belvidere 0: At Crystal Lake, Olivia Apt did a little bit of everything to lift the Gators to a 25-16, 25-22 win against the Bucs and a spot in the regional final against Crystal Lake Central at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Apt had 28 assists, two digs, an ace and a kill for South (12-23). Morgan Johnson recorded a double-double with 10 kills and 10 digs, Bobbi Wire tossed in eight kills and 11 digs, and Anna Hougas tallied eight kills. Ellesse Sain had three blocks and Layla Addison added 13 digs and two aces.

Huntley 2, Rockford Auburn 0: At Machesney Park, the top-seeded Red Raiders made quick work of the No. 16 Knights 25-13, 25-12 in a Class 4A Harlem Regional semifinal. Georgia Watson and Sienna Robertson had six kills apiece and Rachael Hein had 12 assists.

Huntley (28-8) will play No. 4 Guilford in the regional final at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Richmond-Burton 2, Johnsburg 0: At Marengo, the top-seeded Rockets cruised past their Kishwaukee River Conference rivals 25-18, 25-10 in a Class 3A Marengo Regional semifinal. Elissa Furlan led R-B with five kills and seven aces. Dani Hopp had seven kills.

Richmond-Burton (35-1) pulled to within two wins of the school record for wins in a season. The Rockets advance to the regional final at 6 p.m. Thursday against No. 4 Genoa-Kingston.

For Johnsburg (14-23), Adelaide Bruns had two aces, Abri Bruns had eight digs and Carlie Majercik had two kills.

Genoa-Kingston 2, Marian Central 1: At Marengo, the Hurricanes’ season came to an end with a 25-18, 20-25, 26-24 loss to the Cogs in a Class 3A Marengo Regional semifinal. Marian ends the season 19-18.

Alex Rewiako had 25 assists, 12 digs and two kills, Hadley Rogge had 16 kills, four blocks, 16 digs and five aces and Jilly Winkelman had 13 digs.

Hampshire 2, Rockford Jefferson 0: At Hampshire, the No. 2 Whip-Purs cruised into the Class 4A Hampshire Regional championship with a 25-8, 25-11 win over the Jayhawks. Hampshire (28-7) will face Hononegah for the title at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Jacobs 2, McHenry 0: At Round Lake, the Golden Eagles beat Jacobs 25-16-25-23 in a Class 4A Round Lake Regional semifinal. Jacobs (14-20) will face top-seeded Libertyville in the regional final at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Kylie Chojnowski had five kills, Destiny Parsons had four kills and Riley Ten Bruin had 12 assists for McHenry (19-17). Ella Jenkins added 12 digs.

Prairie Ridge 2, Cary-Grove 0: At Antioch, the top-seeded Wolves rolled against the Trojans 25-3, 25-22 to advance to the Class 3A Antioch Regional final. Prairie Ridge (23-13) will face Carmel for the title at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Maizy Agnello had 10 kills for Prairie Ridge, Alli Rogers had three kills, Adeline Grider and Abby Smith had three blocks apiece, and Grace Jansen had seven assists and three digs. Tegan Vrbancic posted five digs

Woodstock North 2, Freeport 0: At Woodstock, the hosts and second-seeded Thunder (21-4) improved to 21-14 with a 25-8, 25-19 win over the Pretzels in a Class 3A Woodstock North Regional semifinal.

Clara Klasek had six kills and Gabby Schefke added 15 assists for North, which will face Boylan in the regional final at 6 p.m. Thursday.

Devynn Schulze had four aces, Ava Kardaras had five kills, Addie Udelhofen had two aces and Jayden Johnson added three kills.

Rockford Boylan 2, Woodstock 0: At a Class 3A Woodstock North Regional semifinal, the Blue Streaks (12-23) fell to the Titans 25-21, 25-23.

South Beloit 2, Alden-Hebron 0: At the Class 1A South Beloit Regional, the Giants’ season came to an end with a 25-10, 25-14 loss in the semifinals.

Rolling Meadows 2, Dundee-Crown 0: At Carpentersville, the Chargers (10-25) battled to the end but fell to the Mustangs 25-29, 28-26 in a Class 4A Dundee-Crown Regional semifinal.
