Dozens of Times-area youth qualify for IESA 1A/2A State Track Meet

The 2025 IESA Class 1A/2A State Track Meet is being held this weekend at EastSide Centre in East Peoria, and The Times area saw a bevy of area young athletes qualify out of various sectionals.

Class 3A/4A junior-high track and field runs one week behind the smaller schools, with the IESA’s final meet for 3A/4A scheduled for May 23-24.
