Sen. Arellano to host 3 mobile visits in Bureau County

Senator’s staff to visit Mineral, Neponset, Sheffield on May 14

State Sen. Li Arellano Jr., R-Dixon, has announced the launch of his mobile constituent services initiative in the 37th Senate District that will start in March.

State Senator Li Arellano, Jr, R-Dixon, and his staff will continue their Mobile Constituent Services program across the 37th Senate District with 10 stops scheduled for May, including three in Bureau County.

“Constituent services are the foundation of what we do,” Arellano said in a news release. “Our mobile office hours are about making government more accessible and responsive to the people we serve. I encourage anyone who needs assistance with a state issue to stop by and meet with my team.”

The Mobile Constituent Services schedule for May is as follows:

Wednesday, May 14

  • 10 a.m. to noon, Mineral-Gold Public Library, 120 Main St., Mineral.
  • 1 to 3 p.m. Neponset Public Library,201 W. Commercial St., Neponset.
  • 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Sheffield Public Library, 136 E. Cook St., Sheffield.
