University of Illinois Extension Nutrition and Wellness Educator Susan Glassman will lead a class on how to prepare hearty soups and stews at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, at the Bureau County Farm Bureau, 1407 N. Main St., Princeton. Take home new ideas to make delicious soups for lunch or dinner and try a bowl of soup that evening in the class.
