Kaneland, Genoa-Kingston and Hiawatha had their volleyball season come to an end.

Sycamore trailed 23-19 after a lopsided loss in the first set on Thursday in the Class 3A Rochelle Regional championship. But they stormed back to win the second set, then won a third-set that featured 15 ties to claim the regional crown, 13-25, 26-24, 25-23.
