DeKALB – Brian Bemis Toyota of DeKalb recently held its second annual High School Art Competition between DeKalb, Genoa-Kingston, and Sycamore high schools.
The competition was held at the dealership, 1890 Sycamore Road, DeKalb.
Students painted wrapped 2025 Toyota Tacomas to demonstrate their art skills. The theme of the competition was “A Colorful World.” The schools competed to win a trophy and cash prize.

The public also was invited to visit the dealership and vote for their favorite design. First place was awarded to DeKalb High School.
