Advance Auto Parts shutters DeKalb location

DeKALB – Advance Auto Parts, 2151 Sycamore Road, in DeKalb has gone out of business.

On Tuesday, the store’s building signage could be not be seen, as it already had been taken down and discarded.

The recent closure came on the heels of storewide blowout sales where everything in inventory had to go and was marked on sale up to 95% off, according to flyers posted in the window.

Building signage remains at the site directing patrons to visit the nearby Sycamore location at 119 S. Main St. or visit advanceautoparts.com.
