Police responded to a call of an armed robbery Friday at Fifth Third Bank, 2707 Sycamore Road in DeKalb. Witnesses said the suspect fled the scene on foot, before police arrived, wearing a "wolf mask." (RHONDA GILLESPIE)

RHONDA GILLESPIE rgillespie@shawmedia.com DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies joined DeKalb police in responding Friday, July 22, 2016, to a call of an armed robbery at Fifth Third Bank, 2707 Sycamore Road in DeKalb. Witnesses who were inside the bank said that a man, wearing "wolf mask" and carrying a weapon, fled the bank on foot. Police were using a K-9 to help search for the suspect in the area immediately surrounding the bank.
