A man reported missing in Joliet was last seen driving a silver Pontiac G5 sedan with Mississippi license plate number of JAD610.
At 7 p.m. on Sunday, officers were sent to the front desk of the Joliet Police Department in response to a report of a missing man, according to a statement from Joliet police officials.
Upon arrival, 35-year-old Terhan Foster Gordon was reported missing by his family, who last had contact with him on Friday evening, police said.
Gordon is a Black male who is 5-foot-8 in height and about 165 pounds, police said. He has long brown hair and brown eyes.
“Notably, he has a tattoo that reads ‘DBOY’ above his left eyebrow and accompanied by a broken heart, above his right eyebrow,” police said.

Gordon was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants, and brown slides, and he was carrying a black backpack, police said.
The vehicle Goron was last seen driving was the silver Pontiac G6 sedan, police said.
“Officers were informed that text messages had also been sent, coinciding with the time his vehicle was captured on a license plate camera on the east side of Joliet,” police said.
Officers are searching the area and it is ongoing as of Monday evening, police said.
“Gordon’s description has been distributed to neighboring police agencies and shared on the department’s social media platforms,” police said.
