Joliet man dies in motorcycle accident

A Joliet man died Thursday in a motorcycle crash.

Jacob K. Ammons, 35, was taken to Silver Cross Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, according to the Will County Coroner’s Office.

The crash happened at the Joliet intersection of East Cass Street and Henderson Avenue.

Joliet police are investigating the incident. More details were not immediately available.
