Mourners with vehicles of all kinds paid tribute Thursday, April 4, 2024, to Jayden Hanson, who was killed in a March 28 crash near Tampico. Jayden, 14, was one of three boys killed when the pickup truck they were riding in was hit by a semi at the intersection of Hahnaman and Luther roads. Also killed in the collision were Channing Swertfeger, 14, and Douglas “DJ” Dorathy, 16. All three were Prophetstown-Lyndon-Tampico High School/Middle School students.
