Eighteen survivors with 224 years of survivorship took part in Saturday's Relay for Life of the Sauk Valley. Seventy participants and 13 teams raised money for the American Cancer Society. This year’s event brought in a total of $43,240 in donations.
Relay for Life of Whiteside County held their annual awareness event Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Westwood in Sterling. During the survivors lap, 284 years of cancer survival was represented by the walkers making the lap.
Cancer Support Center offers resources, virtual programs for cancer patients
