An administrative law judge found that the Algonquin Township Road District violated the Illinois Public Labor Relations Act when it repudiated its collective bargaining agreement with International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150.
Attorney Robert Hanlon filed a motion on Tuesday to withdraw as legal counsel for the Algonquin Township Road District in a dispute with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150.
On Friday afternoon, Algonquin Township Highway Commissioner Andrew Gasser used the road district’s marquee to share a message attacking the Northwest Herald:
