The Iowa State Patrol has released the name of a Sterling man who died Sunday in a two-vehicle crash in Clinton, Iowa.

Christopher L. Lindsley, 42, was taken into custody on a warrant around 3 a.m. Monday after police spotted him riding a bicycle while wearing a wig on the Peoria Avenue bridge in Dixon.

Before heading to the IHSA state tournament, a public performance of the contest play, “The Mercy Seat”, will begin at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sterling High School’s Centennial Auditorium. The play will be followed by the Group Interpretation of “Peter and the Starcatcher”.
