The Polo Area Community Theatre (PACT) is kicking off its 20th season with a production of The Lightning Thief: The Percy Jackson Musical. Performances will be held at the Old Polo Town Hall, now home to PACT, located at 117 N. Franklin Ave. Dates for the performance are September 19, 20 and 26 at 7:00 pm and September 21 and 27 at 2:00 pm.

The Nature in Nachusa exhibition opens Sept. 17 and runs through Oct. 18 at The Next Picture Show in Dixon. The opening reception and awards presentation will be 6-8 p.m. Sept. 19.

The 50 at $50 in 50 Days campaign funds will be matched by an unknown benefactor for Dixon Stage Left project.

Peanut Butter and Deli on Morrison’s Main Street is a deli-style restaurant that serves up sandwiches, salads, drinks and desserts from one of Morrison’s oldest buildings — and one of it cleverest named businesses.

The 13th annual Taste of Fiesta is Saturday afternoon in RB&W Park in Rock Falls. Morrison hosts the monthly 3 French Hens Country Market on Saturday.
