Veterans Day remembrance program is Nov. 11 in Mt. Morris

American flags, put up by True Patriots Care, surround McHenry Township Fire Protection District Station 2 on Johnsburg Road in Johnsburg on Thursday, Sept. 11, 2025. The Flags of Honor is on display at Station 2 through September 15. This exhibit honors the 343 brave firefighters who lost their lives during the tragic events of September 11, 2001, with each flag symbolizing their courage and sacrifice.

Allure of Pinecrest will have a Veterans Day Remembrance program on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, at 10 a.m. in the Manor Chapel.

SFC (Retired) Scott Bicksler will present Mission 263 Battle Over the White Carpathians.

Allure of Pinecrest is located at 414 S. Wesley Ave. in Mt. Morris.
