Bureau County Sheriff Jim Reed went to the Bureau County Board with a proposal suggesting filling the county jail with inmates from the infamous Cook County Jail in Chicago. 

Sadly I wonder if that will be possible in the coming months if proposed OSF HealthCare plans are permitted to proceed.
