Marquette defeated Henry Senachwine 60-40 on Friday, Feb. 7, 2025 in Bader Gym at Marquette High School. Marquette's Alec Novotney nets 22 points and gets his 1000th career point.

Josiah Mitchell scored 19 points off the bench to lead Sycamore, which was playing without Isaiah Feuerbach, to a 62-53 wire-to-wire win over La Salle-Peru on Tuesday.

The La Salle-Peru boys basketball team traveled to Sycamore Tuesday to take on the Spartans in an Interstate 8 Conference matchup.

In Monday's girls/boys basketball doubleheader, the Ottawa girls used a late burst to post a 54-49 win over the Tigresses, while the Tigers boys raced to a 20-point lead early in the second quarter in an eventual 54-38 triumph over the Pirates.
