Current and incoming Illinois Valley Community College students can apply for nearly $300,000 worth of scholarships to March 6. The experience will be easier than ever thanks to a new online program that streamlines the process. 

Illinois Valley Community College’s Welding Department is hosting two welding registration sessions on Feb. 11 and Feb. 20 for spring classes that start March 17. All new welding students must register through a registration session.

Due to the expected freezing rain and ice accumulation, Illinois Valley Community College’s Oglesby and Ottawa Center campuses will close at 8 p.m. Wednesday.
