Lake County Sheriff’s detectives are investigating a fatal drive-by shooting that occurred in Ingleside.

An Elgin man has been charged after a traffic stop in Fox Lake in which drugs were found in his vehicle, police said.

Authorities said two men are suspected in a ring of thefts from Walgreens stores in Will, Kane, McHenry, Lake and Boone counties. They were allegedly found with more than $13,000 in Walgreens' product.
