Our Savior Lutheran Church and New England Congregational Church will hold a joint blessing of the animals for pet owners.

The free blessing will begin at 3 p.m. Oct. 5 in the Our Savior Lutheran Church’s circle drive, 420 W. Downer Place, Aurora.

Attendees can have their pets blessed by the church. The blessing will be officiated by Our Savior Lutheran Church Pastor Eric Miller. Human and pet refreshments also will be served.
