Princeton Logan wins sectional crown, qualifies 8 for state

Princeton Logan Junior High won the eighth-grade 3A boys sectional championship and qualified eight athletes for the IESA State Track Meet this weekend in East Peoria, including Theo Bonucci (from left) Ethan Turpen, Levi Brisbois, Jayden Reynolds, Vincent Alvarado, Robert Comer and Kinleigh Dall. Absent from photo is Kameron Baumgartner. Turpen swept the throws, Bonucci won pole vault, Reynolds won high jump and Dall won the girls discus title.
