The Midwest Methodist Foundation is allowing students to continue their education with financial assistance through the Uplifting Young Methodists scholarship.

The scholarship is designed to assist minority United Methodist students looking to attend a non-profit trade school, community college, college or university.

The scholarship awards students with $2500.

Applications are due Thursday, April 30.
