The Putnam County Public Library District’s Granville Branch will host a free craft workshop at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Participants will create decorative candle jars using recycled glass containers and faux snow, according to the library. Each jar can be personalized with ribbons, twine and festive greenery. A faux tealight will be provided to complete the design.
The program is free and open to the public.
