Spring Valley garbage pickup to be Tuesday because of Labor Day holiday

The Spring Valley City Clerk’s Office will be closed Monday, Sept. 2, for Labor Day.

Garbage pickup will be on a one-day-later basis, with garbage being picked up Tuesday. The City Council meeting will be Tuesday, Sept. 3.
