The Illinois Valley Regional Dispatch Center celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, in Peru. Gathered for the ceremony were (from left) Jena Martin, dispatcher; Doug Bernabei, building and grounds chairman; Greg Kellen, Mendota Police chief; Brandon Miller, executive director, and Rachel Sienkiewicz, dispatcher.
