Seven area girls basketball players earned all-state recognition by the Illinois Basketball Coaches Association.

Bradley-Bourbonnais senior Charlie Short wrapped his first and only season on the swim team by competing in four events at state in the Athletes With Disabilities division, earning a bronze medal.
