DeKALB – Older adults looking to learn more about the technology world can take part in classes offered through Elder Care Services of DeKalb County.
According to a news release, Elder Care Services will host new Tech Savvy Seniors classes, which will help teach people how to use technology and how to be safe while doing it. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptop, tablet or cell phone. Public-use laptops will be provided for attendees if needed. Classes will be open format, so attendees will be able to ask specific questions.
Classes will take place from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the first and third Friday of each month at Elder Care Services, 1701 E. Lincoln Highway, DeKalb. Registration is not required.
