Tom & Jerry's held a groundbreaking ceremony Friday to kick off the rebuilding of the restaurant in its previous location of 1670 DeKalb Ave. in Sycamore. The restaurant was destroyed by a fire on Jan. 31 and is currently operating at its temporary location at 265 W. Peace Road in Sycamore.
