Indian Creek 43, Newark 37: At Somonauk, Faustino Mora scored 11 points to lead the Timberwolves into the Little 10 Tournament title game.

Everett Willis added 10 for IC.

Hinckley-Big Rock 48, Serena 35: At Somonauk, Martin Ledbetter had 17 points to lead the Royals into the Little 10 Tournament title game.

Max Hintzsche had 16 points for the Royals (19-7), who play Indian Creek for the title at 8 p.m. Friday in Somonauk. H-BR won the matchup earlier this year, 54-43.

Genoa-Kingston 69, Woodstock North 48: At Woodstock, Nathan Kleba set a school record by making nine 3-pointers, accounting for all 27 of his points, in the win.

Gary Bollinger had the old record with eight 3s in a 1997 game against Hiawatha.

Hiawatha 55, Rock County Christian 48: At Kirkland, Aidan Cooper and Colby Wylde each scored 16 in the Hawks' eighth win of the season.

Girls basketball

Genoa-Kingston 57, Rock Falls 37: At Rock Falls, Presley Meyer exploded for 22 points in the win.

Ally Poegel added nine for the Cogs.
