Elder Care Services awarded proceeds from 2024 DeKalb Corn Fest

Festival committee presents annual event proceeds to nonprofit

DeKALB – The DeKalb Corn Fest board recently awarded $2,500 to Elder Care Services in DeKalb, part of the end-of-summer festival’s annual way to support a local organization.

Proceeds from the August festival went to the nonprofit which provides social and recreational services and help to area elderly and those over 65.

The nonprofit was chosen as the recipient for the 2024 festival.
