The Down on Main Summer Street Concert Series in Princeton is set to return this summer.

COUNTRY Financial and the Bureau County Farm Bureau have decided on five recipients this year for their 2025 Community Impact Grants.

A skydiving Easter bunny, Easter centerpiece workshop, adult egg hunt, bunny run and underwater egg hunt are among the activities in the Illinois Valley this weekend.

With City Manager Teresa Wittenauer’s future on the agenda for a special meeting Tuesday, the Princeton City Council opted to keep her onboard after a 1 hour, 15 minutes meeting behind closed doors with her. More than 100 people showed up in overwhelming support of her.

The River Bend Food Bank Mobile Food Pantry will be distributing food Thursday, April 24, at the Bureau County Fairgrounds, 811 W. Peru St., Princeton.
