The proceeds raised from the event are used by residents for projects such as the Benevolent Care Fund, graduation gifts and scholarships for high school dining employees, library books, music for the choir and craft materials for resident projects.
Read Between the Lynes bookstore will host an author visit with legal scholar Peter Prindiville, formerly of Woodstock, and former Sen. Russ Feingold this Tuesday at the Woodstock Opera House.
The Little Traveler will be marking its 100th year Sept. 22, 23 and 24 with special events.
The special collectibles will be available for $20 each during the Sandwich Fair held from Wednesday, Sept. 7, through Sunday, Sept. 11
Huff said the ribbon cutting was a great event, and the shop has been getting a lot of traffic since they first opened on July 5.
